- Do we need to use your software?
- No. Advisory engagements stand alone. If our products happen to fit your problem we'll say so, and we'll equally say when they don't.
- How long does an engagement take?
- Discovery and reviews typically run one to three weeks. Implementation guidance is scoped to your rollout and can be part-time alongside your team.
- How is advisory priced?
- Fixed price per engagement, agreed in the proposal after a scoping call. No open-ended day rates unless you specifically want ongoing support.
- Can this lead into a build?
- Yes. Discovery often becomes a scoped project or a managed instance, but that's your call at proposal time, never an assumption.
